Our advisors are excited that you are making the decision to attend UA Rich Mountain. Our mission is to monitor and support students' progress as they complete prescribed degee paths.

Critical Semester Dates:  The Academic Calendar includes important dates throughout the semester including the following:  last day to drop with a refund, Priority Registration, Mid-semester grades, Second 8-week beginning date, last day to withdraw from a class, holidays, and final exams.

Grade Alerts:  The Advising Center receives grade alerts from instructors at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks for students who may show signs of academic risk in one or more courses.  The advisors will contact students by mail and/or e-mail with academic support information.

Student must submit the required graduation application prior to the application deadline sent through student email.  To insure inclusion in the graduation program and availability of graduation regalia, it is important to submit the application by the deadline.

General Graduation Information

Students should register for courses during the official registration periods prior to the beginning of every semester.  Student must complete all admission data forms prior to beginning the registration procedure.  In order for the registration process to be complete, student must make arrangements with the Business Office regarding payment of tuition and fees.  Failure to make necessary arrangements may result in cancellation of the student’s registration.

Required Registration Steps

  • Verify student data with Admissions secretary
  • Review financial aid status
  • Complete student account set-up with Student Support Services
  • Register for classes with an advisor
  • Review student billing statement in Business Office
  • Verify book pick-up date in Bookstore

Students should be knowledgeable about their degree requirements as listed on the Degree and Certificate Plan documents.
