[November 8, 2019 | MENA, Ark.] The ARVEST Foundation contributed to the growth of UA Rich Mountain programs by providing a donation to construct the scoreboard at the UA Rich Mountain soccer field located at Tapley Park.
The first of the two part donation was presented to college Chancellor Dr. Phillip Wilson with the remainder to follow in 2020. Others accepting the gift included Vice Chancellor of Finance & Administration / Athletic Director Morris Boydstun; Foundation Director Dr. Diann Gathright; Soccer Coach Brian Byrd; Theresa Young, Mena ARVEST Bank Sales Manager; Chris Thrailkill, ARVEST Wealth Management Director.
“This is yet another example of the tremendous support the college continues to receive from this community and is why we are able to making these large-scale transformational improvements. The continued involvement of ARVEST Bank in its local communities is essential to their growth.
