The Lifelong Learning Program is an integral part of the mission of University of Arkansas Rich Mountain and provides noncredit courses for most age groups. Lifelong Learning provides programs, short courses, seminars, workshops, and a wide range of other activities that serve community needs beyond the regular degree and certificate programs. Through Lifelong Learning, individuals may develop new job skills, enrich personal and family life, enhance leisure time, and gain a deeper appreciation of their culture and environment. Potential students are encouraged to call the Lifelong Learning Coordinator for information on current and upcoming courses. These courses are typically fee based but the college often offers courses at little or no cost for attendance.
