Rich Mountain Community College is committed to maximizing the use of institutional resources to support the instruction and services provided to students. In doing so, RMCC understands that students need affordable tuition and fees to enable them to complete their academic goals.
RMCC's goal is to constantly review the operations of the campus to identify potential changes in spending practices or policies. Identified changes must maximize the use of the institution's financial resources while enabling our institution to contain or reduce costs without raising tuition and fees to our students.
