Educational Talent Search Outreach Representative

The Educational Talent Search Outreach Representative, under the direction of the Director of Educational Talent Search, encourages students in grades six through 12 to complete high school and enter college as defined by federal guidelines. This is a grant-funded position and continuation of this position is contingent on continuation of grant funds.


  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Background similar to students or experience with disadvantaged students required.
  • Experience in dealing with people individually and in groups.
  • Experience in relating to students from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
  • Experience in financial aid either at the high school or college level preferred.
  • Experience in the field of education or social services desirable.
  • TRIO experience preferred.
  • Must either possess or be willing and eligible to acquire CDL with passenger endorsement.

Full Job Description

Salary range is between $37,500 and $42,000. Review of applications will begin on February 1, 2019. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
